The Chamber of Commerce has a new campaign for “free enterprise.” They correctly point out that 7 million jobs have been lost in the past two years and that we need 1 million per year to accommodate population growth, plus there are about 3 million more underemployed, so the conclusion is that we need to generate 20 million jobs in the next decade! It sounds good on the surface, but Dylan calls them out on their interests and where they derive their lobbying money ($20 million from AIG).
A lot of grandstanding by Dylan, but he is shouting the truth. Have to wonder how long this job will last…
